After all, the MAIN Academy recognizes the best specialists in the field of real estate, people who have made a significant contribution to the development of a civilized market. It is no coincidence that the award bears the proud name of S.Y. Witte, a great reformer, talented politician and statesman who did a lot of useful things for the economy of the Russian state. Thanks to Witte, the Russian Empire confidently embarked on the path of industrialization at the end of the nineteenth century. Sergey Yulievich achieved the introduction of the "gold standard" in the country and facilitated the influx of foreign capital to Russia. His reforms had a major impact on the development of the state system and the country as a whole. That is why I was especially pleased to receive the award named after such a great man, an energetic reformer and a talented practitioner. Publishing an educational and informational magazine is one of the important areas of my activity. Maralin Magazine is not only real estate news, but also interviews with experts and professional market participants, which highlight the problems of the modern real estate business and the construction industry. At the same time, I am a regular participant in the leading real estate trainings and conferences in the country. I am also a member of the Southern Chamber of Real Estate Association and the Russian Guild of Realtors, so I have something to share with our readers. And awareness and awareness of real estate issues is especially important today. After all, this is a direct path to success, as they say in the famous phrase: "Who owns information, owns the world."
