OUT OF TIME is a joint cultural project of the Paramonov Clubhouse and ROMII

Employees of the Maralin luxury real estate agency witnessed an important event for our city - the opening of the Paramonov clubhouse, during which, in a solemn atmosphere, the funds of the Rostov Regional Museum of Fine Arts (ROMII) were replenished, and thus the collection of works by the famous Don artist Nikolai Medvedev was preserved in his native land. Patronage in Russia has a long and deep tradition. Renowned patrons Pavel Tretyakov, Savva Mamontov, Sergey Shchukin, Mikhail and Ivan Morozov took care of scholarships, the construction of schools and colleges, and the support of talented artists, artists, and writers. The Paramonov House has decided to support this important mission. 50 works by the Donskoy artist from the collection of the Paramonov house were presented in the exhibition halls of the Museum. It is important to note that 10 of them were donated to the museum's collection, while the remaining 40 paintings will become the property of the residents of the clubhouse. This is a joint cultural project “OUT OF TIME", implemented as part of an agreement on cultural cooperation between the museum and the Paramonov Clubhouse. Paramonov is a clubhouse on the Embankment in Rostov-on-Don, which continues the traditions of classical architecture of merchant mansions of pre-revolutionary Rostov, but in its own modern interpretation. The house has a total of 27 apartments from 77 to 385 m2, the average area of apartments is 180 m2. An enclosed courtyard with views of the Don and the Left Bank, parking for 56 cars, penthouses with panoramic terraces with a total area of up to 380 m2 and an elevator to the Embankment directly from the courtyard make it one of a kind in the luxury real estate market of southern Russia.
