Maralin headquarters is 5 years old: from the first visit to the Brand formation

My name is Alexey Maralin. My career in real estate has been going on for 26 years, and 17 of them have been under the banner of my own Maralin agency. However, today I want to focus on a date that has become particularly significant for us. We are talking about the fifth anniversary of our headquarters. I remember the beginning of 2021, when customers first crossed the threshold of this office. It was then that we launched a new era in the company's development.

The half-decade that gave us the name

For me personally, these five years mean much more than just another round date. This was the way to transform from an ordinary agency into a full—fledged player with an officially registered trademark, the Maralin brand.

We have invested tremendous efforts not only in the appearance of the company, but also, critically, in the very content of our work.

During this period of time, the housing market was shaking like during an earthquake. The speed of change, non—standard tasks and an avalanche of challenges - all this did not break us, but, on the contrary, hardened us. We have learned to be proactive, to flexibly adapt to any conditions, but at the same time never lose our face. Our team has confirmed the reputation of a reliable mechanism that does not fail even in the most severe market storm.

What are we proud of and what are we cooking

We have done a tremendous job to make the name "Maralin" synonymous with honesty, competence and a fresh look at real estate services. Five years have passed, full of exciting projects, difficult negotiations and confident victories, which have shaped our unique standards of doing business.

But we do not intend to rest on our laurels. The market dictates the need for constant development, and we are ready to surprise even those who would seem impossible to surprise.

Very soon we will announce a completely new approach to sales. This is not just about cosmetic changes, it is a step towards creating a different quality of service that the market has not yet seen. We have been moving towards this transformation for years, scrupulously studying previous experience and listening to the wishes of our partners.
