Family mortgage extended until 2030

The President proposed extending the "Family Mortgage" until 2030. Vladimir Putin noted that it will be available to citizens who really need this measure of support. It is noteworthy that families with young children under the age of 6 will be able to get a preferential mortgage on the same terms. The rate will be up to 6% per annum. It is also worth considering that the main parameters of the program will be preserved. At the moment, the Ministry of Finance is developing methods that will make family mortgages more targeted and social. At the same time, it is planned to shift attention from supporting developers and banks to supporting citizens and their families. The department notes that today it is important not only to stabilize the demographic situation in the country, but also to prevent a financial imbalance in the mortgage market. In addition, it was stated that the benefits for large families will continue to operate. Recall that 450,000 rubles from the state are allowed to be used to purchase land for construction, to improve housing conditions, as well as to repay mortgage debt.
