The list of the inhabited objects of Rostov-on-Don built with violation

In Rostov-on-Don the commission on identification and suppression of unauthorized construction made the list of the objects built with violation of legislative norms. We suggest to study this list to potential shareholders. The list includes 80 houses of multiroom type on construction stages, and also 5 objects determined by a judgment under demolition. The following concerns to the last:

According to information which arrived from city Department of construction at the moment in the city more than 80 construction organizations which for construction raise money of shareholders carry out activity.

According to the Federal Law "About participation in share construction of apartment houses and other real estate objects", the builder has a right for attraction of financial means of shareholders only after the permission for construction of this object is got. In addition, it is necessary to publish or submit the design declaration and the evidence of the state registration of the property right to a ground.

The builder can raise financial means of citizens on condition of the conclusion of the contract of participation in share construction which needs to be issued in writing and to register in Management of Federal Registration Service. Despite requirements of the legislation, in the city there are objects which construction is carried out without the permission. Treat them:
