Maralin Ru visited the all-Russian housing Congress 2018 in St. Petersburg

From 8 to 12 October, the all-Russian housing Congress was held in St. Petersburg. By tradition, the hotel "Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya" gathered political and business elite from both Russian regions and countries of near and far abroad. 

The Agency of elite real estate Maralin Ru did not miss the opportunity to visit the Northern capital and once again visit the largest event organized in the B2B format.

Last year, the Agency also took an active part in the Congress: the head Alexey Maralin made a report in the section of elite real estate of the conference, held within the framework of the event. In addition, the Agency Maralin Ru received an award for participation in the contest CREDO-2017 in the category "Best company to provide personal services in the real estate market".

This year's business program was no less intense, and covered most of the main topics of the real estate market. The first day of the event began with business trainings and meetings of the Board and the National Council of the Russian Guild of realtors. The following days included conferences, round tables, panel discussions, master classes. 

As part of the Congress in the lobby of the 2nd floor of the hotel was held an exhibition in B2B format, which presented new methods of doing business in real estate, training courses, marketing innovations and sales mechanisms.

During the breaks between the events, the participants were presented with actions and presentations of the exhibition. All participants of the Congress were able to participate in a free photo shoot, visitors – in the drawing of valuable prizes. 

The cultural program of the Congress included an Evening of real estate songs, which took place on THE city BLUES ship. The audience admired the beautiful panorama of St. Petersburg. A fascinating walk along the Neva river allowed to see the works of great architects, enjoy delicious food and drinks. The event consisted of two parts: the first were talented realtors with their works, the second – popular artists. Visiting the evening allowed not only to have a good rest, but also to make new acquaintances. 

Apart-hotel VALO also organized a party for the top management of the agencies, which took place in the restaurant Maimun.

Those interested visited The club of General Directors and took part in the Autumn marathon – the race of participants in places that are located in close proximity to the filming of George Danelia. All business and entertainment events were organized at a high level.

Last year, more than 2,500 people attended the Congress, which is a record number of visitors. The event was a meeting place for real estate market professionals from Russia and CIS countries, allowed to share experience and get a lot of useful information.
