Round table on the provision of Rosreestr services

On March 10, 2021, a round table on the provision of Rosreestr services, including at the sites of the MFC, was held in the business center "Balkans" on the territory of the city Boiling Point: "New opportunities in the context of digitalization".

Representatives of the

professional real estate community were invited to the event,including Alexey Maralin, head of the elite real estate agency Maralin Ru, Chairman of the Management Board Petr Zaporozhets, members of the Southern Chamber of Real Estate, as well as developers, representatives of financial and credit organizations, who were present in person or via online broadcast .

 

The speakers of the round table were the head of the Rosreestr Department for the Rostov region Sergey Tretyakov, the director of the Cadastral Chamber Alexander Savchenko, the head of the MCU " MFC G.Rostov-on-Don " Yuri Zdanevich and the director of the Regional Commissioner of the MFC Alexey Alyokhin.

 

The round table covered important issues, including those related to the work of the real estate market:

- about the features of registration of Rosreestr services in electronic form using a personal account on the official Internet portal of Rosreestr;

- about the possibility of obtaining Rosreestr services through the MFC, regardless of the location of the real estate object;

- on the list of additional services provided by the Cadastral Chamber;

- on the procedure for providing services of the Cadastral Chamber for the issuance of electronic signatures;

- on the procedure for providing services of the Cadastral Chamber for paid field service of applicants;

- about the methods and features of pre-registration in the MFC of the city of Rostov-on-Don and the Rostov region.
