Maralin Ru team took part in the all-Russian Housing Congress in Sochi

From 17 to 21 April in Sochi in the hotel "Pullman Sochi Centre" for the first time held the all-Russian Congress of Housing. For 12 years, this major business event was held annually in October in St. Petersburg. Traditionally, it was attended by representatives of the ritor business from different regions, as well as near and far abroad. Congress in Sochi was attended by more than 1,500 participants.

It should be noted that the national award "expert real estate market" in Russia was held for the first time. The best market practices were awarded, which made the greatest contribution to the introduction of new working methods and modern technologies. Summing up the results of the first national award and awarding took place at a solemn Banquet in the panoramic restaurant of the city Lighthouse.

The business program featured a variety of topics and included the development of the housing market, mortgage products, markets of foreign, suburban and low-rise real estate, as well as state housing programs. In addition, issues related to real estate business, legislation in the field of construction, real estate and lending, protection of the rights of buyers of real estate were discussed. The participants also paid attention to the problems of professional education and training in the real estate market, information resources and technologies. Conferences, round tables, panel discussions, master classes, business trainings and tours-all this allowed the participants to get a lot of useful information and share their own experience. 

All events were organized at a high level, including entertainment. The cultural program was no less intense. The Congress included the first real Estate games, which were attended by real estate market professionals. They included swimming, chess and real estate duels. For lovers of copyright works was organized evening realtor songs, which sounded more poems, the authors of which are well-known professionals of the real estate market.
