Legal practice in the field of real estate is of particular interest to me. The legislation regulating the issues of real estate and transactions with it in our country is dynamic. Over the past ten years, it has undergone many changes and now does not stand still, constantly supplemented by new legal norms.

This work can not be called a routine, it allows the practitioner to constantly be in good shape, because each property has its own unique and sometimes very complicated legal history. Competent legal support in real estate is an important component. The process of preparation of the object for sale should include not only professional shooting and placement in the best advertising publications, but also legal examination of the documentation on the object, identification of circumstances that prevent the transaction and their timely elimination.

My task and the main priority in the process of legal support of actions with real estate is the maximum legal protection of the interests of both parties to the transaction. 

In 2005 she graduated from the law faculty of Rostov State University (now SFU) in civil law specialization. Immediately after Graduation, she entered an internship in one of the best law firms in Rostov-on-don, where she began to master the profession of a lawyer under the guidance of reputable lawyers.

In 2006, she successfully passed the qualification exam for the status of a lawyer, was admitted to the Bar chamber of the Rostov region and the Rostov regional bar Association.

Since 2011. I have established my own law office and carry out individual practice of law on family, land, housing and other civil cases, as well as economic disputes.

Since 2015, I have joined the team of professionals Maralin Ru, where I perform the function of legal support of real estate transactions, provide legal advice on issues related to real estate, and closely monitor that in the process of transactions were taken into account and protected all legal rights and interests of our clients.
