My professional career began in 2010, when I graduated from Southern Federal University with a degree in Marketing. I took the first serious steps in my career in the Rostov-on-Don city administration, where from 2015 to 2019 I worked on projects that required attention to detail, clear planning and responsibility for the result. This experience has hardened me and taught me how to work with a wide variety of people and tasks. Later, I changed my field of activity and worked for a while as a marketer in a production automation company. There I not only deepened my professional skills, but also learned to understand complex technological processes. At the same time, I studied psychology and neurography, which helped me better understand people's emotions, motivation, and desires. I have always had an interest in the real estate market, but in 2020 I began to study it deeply and systematically. It all started with buying an apartment for myself. This process fascinated me so much that I soon began to help friends and acquaintances. Over time, I realized that I could endlessly analyze residential complexes, compare locations, infrastructure, layouts, and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each option. For me, this is not a routine, but the excitement of searching and the joy of a successful solution. Today I specialize in the selection of new buildings. It is important to me that each client receives not just housing, but a space that reflects his lifestyle and values. I accompany the transaction from the first consultation and identification of needs to the moment when you receive the keys and begin to equip a new house. For me, real estate is not just about square footage. This is the place where a new chapter of life begins: where coffee smells in the morning, where children take their first steps, and friends gather on weekends.
