Rostov-on-Don, Aksai district, Izumrudny-2 cottage settlement. The house is offered for sale, unique in architecture: the facade is made in the style of a chalet, and the interior harmoniously combines elements of the chalet and loft styles. The house is built of brick and sheathed in treated wood, inside the glued timber is the supporting structure of the roof, not an imitation. Natural materials are widely used in interior decoration: wood, stone, metal, including cast iron. Aluminum windows, underfloor heating system and Siemens thermostats are installed in each room. The engineering equipment includes two Rinnai gas boilers, a 500-liter storage boiler, household appliances from Neff, Bosch, Samsung, as well as MDV and Hisense split systems. The house has a living room with a fireplace room, a bar area and a home cinema, a kitchen-dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pantry (dressing room), a boiler room and an attic. There is a garage for one car and a playground for two more cars, a garden lawn with automatic watering, and behind the house there is a small garden with fruit trees and shrubs, flower beds of peonies and roses. The house was built according to the author's project American Dream Home 2014 (HGTV Home and Garden Television).
