The colonial-style furniture and lights were ordered from America, and some of the furniture was imported from Spain. The entire volume of cabinet and built-in furniture, including the kitchen, fireplace lining and beams in the living room, was ordered from the famous Khoroshko carpentry factory, according to the designer's sketches. Despite the abundance of classical techniques in the interior, it turned out to be the feeling of a modern house equipped with the latest technology. A completely modern bathroom, reminiscent of a spa. Several engineering innovations have been integrated, including a centralized dust extraction system. The size of the land plot is 800 m2. In the courtyard there is a 4 by 8 meter swimming pool, a cozy gazebo, and a barbecue. A separate guest house of 80 m2 - sauna, living room with kitchen, bathroom. The mature landscape is regularly maintained by a gardener. The site has two entrances. Paved street, wide house territory, surrounded by modern private houses. Excellent area, all infrastructure is within walking distance.
