Production workshops

Production workshops with a total area of 43,100 m2 are being sold on the territory of the former plant. The industrial land plot is owned. Building area: 3000 m2, 10,992 m2, 21,900 m2, 8,800 m2. Building height: 14-18 m. There are overhead double-girder support cranes with a lifting capacity of 10-15t in the premises. All communications: gas, water, electricity up to 5 MW. It is possible to revive the industrial potential, organize any production, enterprise or under production and storage facilities. Major repairs are required without permits (not reconstruction). The decree of the President of the Russian Federation approved the development strategy in the Russian Federation to strengthen industrial development and the need to build at least 100 additional industrial parks in the regions of Russia by 2030 to accommodate small and medium-sized businesses in accordance with state priorities. The projects are supported by concessional loans from the Industrial Development Fund. In addition, the facility is located on the territory of TOSER. This is a part of the territory of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation, where a special legal regime has been established for carrying out entrepreneurial and other activities in order to create favorable conditions for attracting investments, ensuring accelerated socio-economic development and creating comfortable conditions for ensuring the vital activity of the population. The residents of the industrial zone are developing manufacturing enterprises. The main competitive advantages:

-low costs in the implementation of production projects;

- subsidies for the creation of engineering infrastructure, the placement of new plants and factories;

- simplification and reduction of the cost of licensing and conciliation procedures.
