Mortgage payments for large families have been extended

The Ministry of Finance confirmed that the bill to extend payments to large families was approved in April 2024. Recall that in January, the president announced the extension of this support measure.

Thus, now families with three or more children can count on a mortgage benefit in the amount of 450 thousand rubles until the end of 2030. It is allowed to repay the mortgage debt with the help of payments both in full and in part.

It should be noted that the program was extended until December 31, 2030 inclusive. Therefore, if the third child in the family is born or adopted within the prescribed period, an application for payment can be submitted before July 1, 2031.
