Today, if you plan to settle in the village or already live in rural areas, you can take 6 million rubles for the construction of your own housing at attractive rates from 0.1 to 3%. It is worth noting that the location of the real estate object should relate to the rural agglomeration and be included in the list of settlements covered by the program.

Also, according to the "Rural mortgage", it is allowed to purchase ready-made houses and land for construction. At the same time, housing can be built independently or with the help of ready-made house kits. The initial payment will be at least 10% of the value of the property.
