It is assumed that the rate will remain the same - 6%, but the terms of the loan will change. At the moment, the ministers are making new proposals and finalizing the program to make it more effective. At the same time, it is already known that the family mortgage will become targeted and social. Thus, only families who really need benefits will be able to count on it.

Recall that the Family Mortgage program allows you to get a loan of up to 12 million rubles. at a rate of 6% per annum. Families with two or more children under the age of 18, parents raising a child with a disability, as well as families with one child born after 1.01.2018 can take advantage of the benefit. The program applies to new or under construction housing from a developer and to the construction or purchase of a house with a plot from a legal entity or sole proprietor.
