Sberbank has raised the minimum market mortgage rates to 28.1%
"Since November 15, the BEAC has been raising rates on basic mortgage programs by 3.5 percentage points due to an increase in the key rate and an increase in the cost of OFZ. Thus, the minimum rate on Domklick for market programs in the primary housing market will be 28.4%, in the secondary market - 28.1%. According to previously approved applications, customers will be able to get loans on the old terms," the bank said. In addition, due to the increase in basic mortgage rates, from November 15, Sberbank will also raise the weighted average rates for preferential programs, where the amount exceeds the limit provided for by the state program. The bank will increase them by 1-2.5 percentage points, depending on the size of the loan. Thus, for a "Family mortgage", the minimum weighted average rate will be 11.8% for Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region with a loan amount of 13.5 million rubles. For other regions, with a loan amount over 7 million — 12.9%. On the "Mortgage for IT" — 13% with a loan amount of 10.5 million rubles. "It should be noted that the amount up to the limit approved by the government is issued at a preferential rate, above the limit — at the bank's rate, the weighted average rate is indicated in the loan agreement," the bank explained.
