From November 1 VTB has new mortgage conditions

State support programs remain unchanged - the first installment is 20.1%

8% - state support 2020;

6% - family mortgage including refinancing;

5% - FROM mortgage

7.6% - IHS on its own with a down payment of 25.1% with income confirmation, from 30.1% without income confirmation

since 01.11, the basic interest rate on a mortgage on Ready-made housing has been rising by 2.4%

The premium for PV has increased by less than 20.1% - now 1.2%

According to previously approved decisions, interest rates remain until 14.12.23 inclusive
