Rosreestr will create a new service for verifying data from the EGRN

In 2023, Rosreestr is going to launch an online service, thanks to which citizens will be able to check data from the EGRN using a QR code.

We remind you that the extracts contain information about the cadastral number, address, area of the object, the history of the owners, as well as about arrests, encumbrances, etc. At the same time, according to the new amendments to the law "On Personal Data", information about the owner will be closed to a wide range of persons.

In connection with the innovation, it will become easier to verify the authenticity of extracts from the EGRN before the transaction. And the state registration service promises to make the algorithm simple and convenient. After the start of the program, a QR code will be placed on the statements to follow the necessary link to the Rosreestr website.
