With the participation of trade unions and business associations, it is necessary to consolidate clauses on additional benefits for employees raising children in regional agreements and collective agreements. Starting in 2026, Rosstat is required to conduct research on socio-demographic issues at least once every three years. A separate instruction concerns the creation of a specialized mobile application based on the public services portal, which will become a single window for informing Russians about available government support measures. The list also includes measures to promote traditional family values and create an attractive image of large families in advertising products.
