"On approval of the forms of extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the composition of the information contained therein and the procedure for filling them in, the requirements for the format of documents containing information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate and provided in electronic form, as well as on the establishment of other types of provision of information contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate"

In accordance with parts 6 - 8 of Article 62 of the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 N 218-FZ "On State Registration of Real Estate" (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2015, N 29, Article 4344; 2021, N 22, Article 3683), paragraph 1 of the Regulations on the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and cartography approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 457 of June 1, 2009 (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2009, No. 25, Article 3052; 2021, No. 47, Article 7848), as well as for the implementation of paragraph 4 of Article 8 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2021. No. 449-FZ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2022, No. 1, Article 18), subparagraph 3 of Part 3 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ of July 13, 2015 "On State Registration of Real Estate" (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2015, N 29, article 4344) I order:

1. Approve the attached amendments to the order of the Federal Register of September 4, 2020. N P/0329 "On approval of the forms of extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the composition of the information contained therein and the procedure for filling them in, the requirements for the format of documents containing information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate and provided in electronic form, as well as on the establishment of other types of provision of information contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate" (registered By the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on September 15, 2020, registration number 59858), as amended by the orders of the Federal Register of April 20, 2021. N P/0167 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on June 11, 2021, registration N 63861) and dated October 8, 2021 N P/0458 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on February 1, 2022, registration N 67071).

2. This order comes into force on June 29, 2022.
