I passed the XVIII National Congress on real estate in Sochi

From June 12 to June 14 in Sochi the XVIII National Congress on real estate which brought together leading players of the market of real estate from Russia, the neighboring countries and Europe, and also the largest banks, prominent businessmen and politicians took place.

The congress was carried out in the business center of hotel of a premium class of Pullman Sochi Centre 5 *, the Olympic Games constructed specially for guests. The hotel is located in the downtown, in close proximity to the embankment and a concert hall "Festival" therefore to the participants of the congress who have staid in other hotels, was as it is very convenient to visit business actions.

The company Maralin Ru with colleagues from Rostov-on-Don and area also became the participant of this important event. For us it became excellent opportunity to receive the freshest information on the direction of development of the market of real estate, to learn and master new technologies, and also personally to ask urgent problems to representatives of RGR and colleagues from other regions. Besides, we could share the acquired experience and communicate in to the old friends. It was especially pleasant to meet again sharks of the market of real estate – Mikhail Gorokhovsky, Yana Lurye, Roman Muradyan, Artur Oganesyan, Alexander Romanenko.

By tradition the Congress was opened by speech of his organizer - the Russian guild of realtors – with the annual report on the done work.

Signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between Sberbank and RGR simplifying procedure of interaction of bank and the realtor companies became one of the central events of the expiring year. According to participants, this agreement is mutually advantageous to both parties. To start cooperation with banks to realtors now there will be no need to collect a huge package of documents and to wait some months of results of their check whereas the Sberbank will be able to open for itself the new horizons in the market of mortgage lending.

Also the congress gave the chance to carry out a number of discussions between authorities and business on professional questions. On one of such meetings the foundation to development of the new simplified system of electronic document flow between the realtor companies and Federal registration service that will allow to reduce considerably terms of documents and registration actions was laid.

Work of profile sections on the organization of highly effective work of the realtor companies became a basis of the business program. Sections for us "Company human resource management became especially informative. Educational activity in the real estate market", "Country real estate", "Marketing and success PR", "The state housing programmes". Also we participated in a certification and licensing seminar of experts of territorial bodies, in a number of round tables, and also visited some master classes of leading domestic and foreign business coaches.

Would be big mistake with our party to visit the postolympic Sochi and not to see scales of changes in city infrastructure. Organizers of the Congress understood it also and sent us for some business rounds on Olympic facilities that allowed us to see the eyes the grandiose changes which have happened to the city lately.

But after all Sochi is, first of all, the resort town therefore the business program of the Congress in a due measure was diluted with semi-official and entertaining actions.

So, for example, in the first evening of stay there, we in an informal situation of Navalishchensky Gorge restaurant met leaders of the market of real estate from other regions where could discuss in the easy atmosphere available problems and share the experience acquired for the last year.

On June 13 on gala dinner at Oblaka restaurant the results of the Annual National competition "Professional Recognition-2014" were summed up, and also there took place inauguration of the new President of RGR Vinogradov V. N.

Besides, for guests, participants of the Congress and members of their families sightseeing tours, walks on yachts were conducted, campaigns in theaters, the museums, a dolphinarium, an oceanarium and other entertaining actions are organized.

Result of our participation in the Congress became not only interesting communication and fine impressions of Sochi, but also strengthening of business connections. Also we gathered the mass of new information on tendencies of development of the market of real estate and the newest ways of the organization of work that will allow us to continue the development and to strengthen positions not only in the Rostov region, but also in scales of all country.
