Getting a full statement from the EGRN will become unavailable to everyone

Information about the owner's personal data will soon be classified. From March 1, 2023, information about the full name and date of birth will cease to be issued to third parties.

Copyright holders will be able to regulate themselves the composition and number of citizens to whom they allow to give out personal data. At the same time, property owners have the right to leave access free for everyone.

It is worth noting that only personal data is excluded from the statement, the rest of the information is saved. And notaries, spouses, co-owners, owners of adjacent land, heirs, landlords, some civil servants and others will receive full information.
