New amendments regulating state registration of real estate
The legislator is preparing amendments to the Federal law establishing the rules for state registration of real estate. The goals of this initiative are to improve the mechanisms for obtaining public services in the field of real estate and simplify accounting and registration operations.
Eliminates the need to use an electronic digital signature: when placing garden and residential buildings on cadastral registration and specifying the boundaries of land plots. Citizens will be able to do this through their personal account without using an electronic signature; when entering into real estate transactions if one of the parties to the contract is an authority.
The latter has the right to create scanned images of paper documents signed by citizens themselves and certify the equivalence of such images and originals.
The bill expands the range of applicants who have the right to use services in the field of registration of real estate rights, and simplifies the procedures that they need to go through. The heir gets the right to immediately remove the demolished house from the cadastral register, without waiting for pre-registration of ownership rights to it. It is possible to receive on-site documents required for registration of ownership of real estate and its cadastral registration. For people with disabilities, veterans and disabled veterans of the second world war, such admission will be free.
