Maralin Ru is the member of the all-Russian housing Congress

In St. Petersburg from 3 to 7 October was held the all-Russian housing Congress, which is one of the most important events on the real estate market. It was attended by realtors from all regions of Russia and other countries.

Alexey Maralin not miss the opportunity to visit the city on the Neva and made a presentation before an audience held in the section of real estate conference "technologies of attracting and servicing clients in crisis: from search to transaction."

The program of the event was extensive. Participants visited not only at conferences but also at the round tables, workshops, exhibitions, seminars, trainings. There were active discussions of issues relating to mortgage loans and housing programs of the state, rural property, low-rise construction, as well as changes in legislation, consumer protection. 

The participants also paid special attention to such topics as the use of information technology when working in the real estate sector, vocational education and training. Cultural program of the event were diverse: the organizers offered Fall marathon, a visit to the ballet at the Maryinsky theatre, shopping in the trendy salon Glance for the beautiful half of humanity. 

In the framework of the Congress the organizers summed up the results of the contest CREDO-2017. On 5 October, at a solemn reception dedicated to this event, diplomas were awarded to all winners. The company Maralin Ru received an award in the nomination "the Best company providing personal services on the real estate market."

Those present at the ceremony were able to chat informally with Russian and foreign colleagues, to share their experience and get a lot of new information. The ceremony was attended by representatives of government structures, top-managers of well-known construction companies, lending institutions and real estate companies. 

Carrying out housing of the Congress was the opportunity to meet with professionals to discuss problems, to develop new relationships. Also set a new attendance record of the event: it was attended by about 2500 people from different countries. The event was covered by 130 media representatives.
