Collective competitive advantage will receive the members AR

The General meeting of the Association approved a number of real and clear benefits from membership in the professional Association for real estate companies-members of the AR YUPN, and for all their customers.

On the basis Of the Association of realtors "southern chamber of real estate" (AR "UPN") decided to create a commercial organization to work with partners.

The successful working model of colleagues from Kazan is taken as a basis. The essence of the organization is that it will act as a single seller of banking, insurance services, as well as residential and commercial buildings. A single seller will give a much larger volume of sales of services or new buildings than any single company. 

This will allow the banks — due to the larger turnover-to significantly reduce mortgage interest for the clients of UNPN below the standard proposals. And insurers and developers — again, due to the large turnover — will give a higher Commission for the transactions.

Already today, this commercial organization will be able to work about 1000 real estate business specialists from Rostov-on-don and the region.

And already now some banks provide clients with a discount on the mortgage. 

The decision to create a commercial organization to work with partners was made at the General meeting of the Association, held in Rostov-on-don on June 8, 2018 with the participation of more than 30 business owners. By the way, 8 new members were accepted into the ranks of the JPO and RGR, and more than 40 people have passed mandatory certification in recent months. A number of companies-members AR YUPN awarded diplomas and certificates.

In addition, it was decided that the heads and owners of real estate companies included in the USP will undergo comprehensive distance learning on the basics of business (company goals, business processes, operational management, etc.). This is an indicator of maturity of owners and managers of companies, starting to improve business with self-improvement.

The next stage is the creation of a single sample contract for the provision of real estate services for all member companies of the Association.

- We decided to create a black list of real estate companies that do not comply with the standards of work. The list will be closed,only for the members of the EPP. But the companies included in this list will soon feel a decrease in the number of joint transactions with companies included in the AR of the JUPN. The General meeting unanimously decided to make this list closed, and consumers of real estate services are recommended to contact the real estate companies belonging to the southern chamber of real estate, - said the Chairman of the Board of the JUPN - Director of the real estate Center Alex Alexander Konochkin.
