Adygea: a time of profitable investments in the hotel business
Today, domestic tourism in Russia is developing by leaps and bounds. It is widely known that new tourism clusters have been formed on behalf of the President. And Adygea became one of the regions that was included in this list. Thus, it is planned to spend at least 45 billion rubles from the budget of the Russian Federation on the development of the new resort. And with the support of private investors, the total volume of investments promises to grow by at least a third.
The rest that awaits Russians and guests of the country here will be eco-friendly and diverse. After all, Adygea is subalpine and alpine meadows, mountain peaks, thermal springs, mineral waters, waterfalls, gorges, caves and grottoes. The region has already developed active tourism, rafting, hang gliding, caving, hunting, fishing and orienteering. Holidays in the off-season are especially popular, as Adygea has a mild and comfortable climate, without a high temperature drop.
At the moment, work on the development of the region is in full swing. At the same time, they promise to provide guests of the region with new roads, tourist complexes and infrastructure, as well as modern ski resorts by 2032. The projected flow of tourists will be, according to experts, about 150 thousand tourists per month. Thus, the purchase or construction of commercial real estate in Adygea is a profitable investment.
Right now, a country recreation center is for sale in a forest area on the banks of the Mezmai River, which has a high investment attractiveness. The modern eco-friendly hotel is located in the valley of three gorges. The hotel, like the village of Mezmai, is surrounded by three mountain ranges: Guam, Azish-tau and Lago-Naksky. The recreation center in a single eco-style consists of two stages of construction. The first stage is 90% ready: the main cottage of 700 m2 is equipped with a SPA area on the ground floor, a fireplace room, open terraces, 7 comfortable rooms with an area of at least 50 m2, as well as four detached guest houses. Each house has access to two sides - a forest area and a mountain river.The total area of the land plot is 2000 m2, in use 5000 m2.
Communications: a drainage system has been made, autonomous sewerage, the entire engineering system has been completed, video surveillance has been connected, electrics and heating have been made, ventilation and air conditioning systems have been purchased, all plumbing has been purchased.
The second stage:it has an entrance group on the other side of the forest. The total area of the plot is 1 ha.
The first and second stages are connected by a forest, walking eco-trail. In the second stage, it was planned to build a restaurant, guest houses in the same style, as well as a place to relax, a spa complex with a swimming pool and a sauna.
Additional recreation areas, children's and sports grounds, baths, and a swimming pool can be placed on the territory. Important: the complex is designed for year-round recreation.
It should be noted that while the state is actively investing in the development of domestic tourism, resort real estate continues to grow in price. Therefore, now is a good time to buy a guest house or a hotel and make a stable profit in the shortest possible time.
