8-th of September in Rostov-on-don will be a competition for the best estate Agency and best agent in the South of Russia

September 8 is the day when realtors SFD to gather together in the capital of the don to determine the best representatives of their profession.

The managers and employees of more than 30 agencies of real estate of Rostov-on-don, Mines, Taganrog, Azov, Krasnodar will become participants of the awarding ceremony of the contest award "Best real estate Agency and the best realtor in the South of Russia in 2016".

The event is organized by Sokolniki exhibition and Convention centre "Dalexpocenter" and the southern Chamber of real Estate and with the informational support of the site Rostov-na-Donu 1рнд.ru.

This competition will allow companies to confirm the leading position in the real estate market and to the official status of the best agencies in the southern Federal district. The award is the first and only professional distinction merit realtors of the South of Russia.

Agency will be determined by a competent jury in several nominations: "the Best Internet site real estate Agency", "Best social media promotion of real estate Agency", "Best corporate video", "Best corporate publishing".

Out of competition special distinction will be awarded to: "the Oldest real estate Agency", "person of the year in the real estate market" (for managers), "Best journalist covering the events on the real estate market."

From 21 August to 7 September, the inhabitants of the southern Federal district will be able to choose the realtor on the website 1рнд.ru in the following categories: "Best realtor on the sale of new buildings", "the Best realtor for the sale of second homes, Best realtor, selling commercial real estate, Best realtor on rental housing".

The event will take place in two stages: correspondence provision of information by participant companies from 14 August to 1 September, and online voting of "the people's Realtor" until 20 August, and the ceremony of awarding with the announcement of winners September 8, 2017 at 17:00 on the stage of the specialized exhibition "housing Fair" (Rostov-on-don, "Dalexpocenter", Nagibina 30).
