I decided to suspend the issuance of permits for the construction of apartment buildings in Rostov from December 1. In addition, the city will have to take an inventory of all previously issued permits. 

 

It is impossible to build high-rise buildings that are not provided with gardens, schools and hospitals. There can be no two opinions here!
