According to the national project, the region should introduce 2.75 million square meters of housing, and this plan, according to the deputy minister, will be implemented. Answering a question about the prospects of the market, Viflyantsev emphasized: If we start reducing the volume of building permits now, in two or three years this may affect the supply.
