Entrepreneurs, remote specialists, and business owners are those who can choose where to live rather than where to spend the night between trips. For them, the distance to the center is no longer the main criterion. The feeling of space and freedom becomes the main thing.
In the village of Rybatsky there are closed villages with their own embankment, beach, walking areas and a protected area. This is no longer the format of a "weekend cottage", but a full-fledged suburban environment for permanent residence.
