While Rostov is in traffic jams, you can go to your pier on the Don: Rybatsky farm

There is one question that residents of big cities are increasingly asking themselves: do we really need this constant noise?
Traffic jams, honking cars, endless notifications, the feeling that you're always late for something. Many people get so used to this rhythm that they begin to consider it the norm. And only when they find themselves in a quiet place do they realize that it turns out that it is possible to live differently.
This is exactly the feeling that arises in the village of Rybatsky, a small settlement in the Aksai district of the Rostov region, on the banks of the Don. Interestingly, the village of Starocherkasskaya is located directly opposite — a place with a special atmosphere and a huge history. Starocherkasskaya was once the capital of the Don Cossacks. Ancient temples, Cossack manors and the very southern way of life that is difficult to feel in the city have been preserved here.
But the paradox is different: there is literally a river between the historical village and the modern farm. On the one hand, there is the centuries—old history of the Don, on the other — a quiet country life with water, space and silence.
What are people looking for outside the city? More often than not, it's not a "bigger house", but a different quality of life. The opportunity to wake up not from the sound of a garbage truck, but from silence. Go ashore in the morning with a cup of coffee. In the evening, do not look for parking, but watch the water and the sunset.
For those who like active recreation, the Don offers almost limitless possibilities. Fishing here is not a "once a year" entertainment, but part of an ordinary day. A boat, a jet ski, walks on the water, family picnics on the shore — all this ceases to be a vacation and becomes everyday.
And here's what's interesting: people who don't have to commute to work in the city every day especially appreciate such places. Entrepreneurs, remote specialists, and business owners are those who can choose where to live rather than where to spend the night between trips. For them, the distance to the center is no longer the main criterion. The feeling of space and freedom becomes the main thing.
In the village of Rybatsky there are closed villages with their own embankment, beach, walking areas and a protected area. This is no longer the format of a "weekend cottage", but a full-fledged suburban environment for permanent residence.
Now there is a really rare offer here: a new house in which no one has lived yet. Without someone else's history, without compromises after the previous owners. The house is located on the first line by the water — with its own access to the Don and a private pier where you can moor a boat or yacht. There is a gazebo on the shore for relaxing by the water, and on the site there is a large 23-meter swimming pool specifically for swimming, and not a decorative font "for photos".
Inside there are panoramic windows overlooking the river, spacious rooms, natural materials and modern engineering systems that make the house comfortable for living all year round. But, to be honest, the main thing here is not marble or technology. The main thing is that it is impossible to convey in the sale announcement.
Silence. The smell of the river after the rain. Sunrises over the Don. The opportunity to be on the water in five minutes. And there is a strange feeling that many guests of such places have.: "Why didn't I do it earlier?"
Perhaps country life is not suitable for everyone. Someone needs the rhythm of a megalopolis, meetings, movement, a constant change of events. But if you've ever caught yourself thinking that you're tired of the hustle and bustle of the city, Rybatsky Farm is one of those places worth visiting for at least one evening. Sometimes it's enough to rethink your ideas about where you really want to live.
